Where’s the catch?

Tonetech Ethos.

Many big companies have mission, vision and value statements.  As a small company, Tonetech also has these.  Rather than bore you with wordy statements here’s how we do, what we do.

Service.

We want you to get what you need, when you need it, on time, every-time.  On the rare occasion this doesn’t happen, we’ll resolve things to YOUR satisfaction.

We also like to have fun.

People Development

We believe in giving young people a chance.  We offer work experience and apprenticeship places to young people.  As our business grows we expect they will grow with us.  If they outgrow us, we’ll help them progress elsewhere with our blessing.  Dan is our latest apprentice recruit.  Say hello Dan, “Hello Dan”

We also like to have fun

Giving something back.

We support charities when we can.  Save the Children, Help for Heroes and some smaller charities.  We tend to donate materials or time to help.  We’re not a rich company so we give what we can, when we can.

I am an Apprentice Ambassador.  I go to various gatherings of business people around the greater Manchester area and deliver speeches extolling the benefits of Apprenticeships.

I am a volunteer mentor to a 6th form student in a deprived part of Manchester.  This lucky soul gets me for 1 hour a week.

And finally, did I mention we like to have fun?

Tonetech, we’re good at what we do and have fun doing it.
